Does every engagement have to go live in one week?
No. Organizations that keep things tight and move through Assess and Onboard in one to three weeks consistently see faster, more durable results. That said, we work around your schedule. If your team needs more time between cycles, we accommodate that. The cycle structure stays the same. What changes is the pace between them.
Can I start with just one motion?
Yes. After Assess, you have a complete roadmap and business case before committing to Onboard. After Onboard, you decide whether to continue with Operate. Each motion delivers value independently. You can pause, adjust scope, or expand based on your results and priorities.
