The Team

Anu and Bipin built INRY into one of the fastest-growing professional services firms in the US before its acquisition in 2024. Most of the leadership team followed them from that journey. Anthony Torsiello has been part of Bipin and Anu's world since the ServiceNow ecosystem days. When L5 needed an advisor who understood the partner landscape from the inside, Anthony was the call. Every candidate starts with a 2-minute video submission. Communication is the first filter. Credentials are second. A candidate who cannot communicate clearly cannot operate AI for outcomes.

Ten of every thirty hires carry a technology undergraduate degree, 2 to 3 years of IT services experience, and an MBA from a program like XIM Bhubaneswar or IIFT Hyderabad. Business judgment and technical depth before day one. The constraint on scaling AI operations is not headcount. It is judgment. L5 built a hiring model to solve for that.
