The role

L5 is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive who can sell across both dimensions of our business: SaaS platform licensing and the professional, implementation, and managed services that surround it. This dual motion, software and services, is central to how L5 creates value for customers and generates revenue, and the right candidate will be comfortable leading both conversations in the same account.

You bring deep experience selling enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally Zendesk, ServiceNow, Workday, or comparable CX, ITSM or EX solutions, and you understand that the platform sale is often the entry point for a larger services relationship. You know how to expand a licensing deal into an implementation engagement, and an implementation into ongoing managed services, building account value over time.

This is a quota-carrying role with clear targets across both software and services revenue. You will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across South India, with potential to extend to broader India or US markets based on business needs.

What you will sell

  • SaaS platform licensing and subscriptions: ClickUp, Zendesk, Workday, NinjaOne (new logos and renewals or expansions).
  • Advisory and consulting services: digital transformation roadmaps, platform selection, business case development.
  • Implementation and integration services: platform deployment, configuration, custom integrations, and change management.
  • Managed services: ongoing platform administration, optimization, and support engagements.

A typical deal will involve a combination of licensing and services, and you will be expected to position and price the full solution, not just the software.

Enterprise account management and revenue growth

  • Own a named portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts; develop and execute account and territory plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across software and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for active opportunities, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and closure, with consistent pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
  • Drive a balanced revenue mix across licensing, professional services, implementation, and managed services within each account.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities (cross-sell, upsell, contract renewals) to grow total account value over time.

Consultative solution selling

  • Apply L5's structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC or equivalent experience helpful) to qualify opportunities, identify economic buyers, map decision criteria, and progress deals with confidence.
  • Lead discovery engagements to understand customer business challenges, technology gaps, and transformation priorities, across both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Position L5's integrated platform and services offering as a complete solution: help customers see not just which platform to adopt, but how to deploy it effectively and sustain value from it.
  • Develop tailored business cases and ROI frameworks that account for both software TCO and the value delivered through implementation and ongoing services.
  • Conduct executive briefings, solution workshops, and platform demonstrations in partnership with pre-sales and delivery teams.

Services deal shaping and proposals

  • Collaborate with pre-sales architects and delivery leads to scope implementation and managed services engagements that are commercially competitive and delivery-credible.
  • Lead contract and commercial negotiations to closure, coordinating across procurement, legal, and finance stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop Statements of Work, service pricing models, and commercial packages that bundle platform licensing with appropriate service tiers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales to translate customer requirements into solution designs that address platform licensing, deployment complexity, integration needs, change management, and ongoing support.

Partner and ecosystem engagement

  • Work closely with Zendesk, ClickUp, Workday, and NinjaOne partner teams on joint opportunities, co-sell motions, and deal positioning.
  • Leverage partner programs and deal registrations to improve competitive positioning, co-fund services, and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Identify where partner-led opportunities create openings for L5 services attachments, and drive that conversation proactively.

Customer relationship and account growth

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with economic buyers, IT decision-makers, and business leaders across target accounts.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise environments, including CXOs, IT heads, procurement, and operations, with a structured, multi-threaded engagement approach.
  • Ensure smooth sales-to-delivery transitions to protect customer confidence and lay the foundation for account expansion.
  • Partner with delivery and customer success teams post-sale to identify renewal and expansion opportunities within the managed services base.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated experience selling SaaS platforms in CX, ITSM, EX, analytics, or enterprise productivity categories, and attaching services to platform deals.
  • Comfort selling both software licensing and professional or managed services within the same account and deal cycle.
  • Strong command of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or Miller Heiman.
  • Proven ability to engage C-suite and senior business stakeholders and close high-value, complex deals.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts across multiple verticals in South India or comparable markets.

Preferred

  • Direct experience selling Zendesk, ServiceNow, or comparable SaaS platforms in enterprise accounts.
  • Prior exposure to services-attached selling, where implementation, integration, or managed services were part of the deal structure.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Workday, NinjaOne, Salesforce, Oracle CX, or Atlassian platforms.
  • President's Club, top performer, or equivalent recognition in a prior quota-carrying role.
  • Experience across Retail, Manufacturing, D2C, Logistics, or Corporate Services verticals.
  • Exposure to India enterprise and/or US market sales environments.

What we offer

  • Competitive fixed compensation.
  • Attractive performance-based incentives tied to quarterly bookings across software and services.
  • Opportunity to represent Zendesk, ClickUp, Workday, NinjaOne, and other leading enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to India and international (US) business environments.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-growth work culture.
  • Direct impact on company revenue: your deals shape the business.
