Who holds the work
The Assignees section of the ClickUp card library holds ready-made cards for workload by person. They work as soon as they are added to a dashboard, with nothing to configure first.
The assignee cards
This walkthrough opens a dashboard built from them. Tasks by Assignee shows each person's share of the tasks as a pie chart, and the same data also comes as a bar chart and a battery chart. Two count cards show how many tasks are unassigned and how many are assigned but not yet completed.
Narrowing a card to one person
Each card's settings set the data source, here a list called Holiday Campaign, and which assignees it shows. Choosing Me in the Show setting narrows the card to the tasks assigned to the viewer, and selecting everyone again restores the full view. The other cards customize the same way.
A list shows what needs doing but not when it happens. How ClickUp's Calendar view places tasks on a calendar by their dates, what a task needs to appear there, and how filters and color coding shape what the calendar shows.
