The App Center
ClickUp's App Center lists the apps that connect to a workspace, grouped by category, from Calendars and Cloud Storage to CRM and Support and Email. It also lists MCP servers, which give ClickUp AI access to other tools, and a custom MCP server can be added.
Answering support emails automatically
In this walkthrough, each support email is a task in a list called Mail Tests. An automation triggered when a task is created sends an acknowledgement that quotes the task ID as the ticket number. More steps can follow in the same automation, such as sending another email or assigning the task to someone.
Calendars and connected search
Calendar integrations connect Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook to ClickUp. Once apps are connected, ClickUp Brain can search them. With SharePoint selected as a source, Brain can be asked for a file's name, its version or when it was last updated.
